Upon arrival, you’ll watch a brief propaganda video before spending the next hour exploring weapon and booby trap exhibitions, navigating authentic VC tunnels, visiting different underground bunkers (kitchens, meeting rooms, ammunitions etc.), firing range and more. We drive about 02 hours to the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, we board a motor-boat and cruise along a vast network of canals and channels to enjoy wonderful views of the Mekong River. Enjoy island visiting & hand-rowing sampan Here we visit a tropical fruit garden, listen to Vietnamese traditional music, and slowly enjoy getting in touch with local life by taking a hand-rowing sampan. Traditional workshops: In your visits to some local cottage industries you can see a coconut candy workshop, try some snake wine, learn how to make pop-rice, or witness the process of making rice paper. Lunch at a riverside restaurant A Vietnamese 5-course lunch will be served before we drive to Cần Thơ for an overnight stay. Overnight at homestay Upon arrival at Cần Thơ, we check in to a rustic homestay. Take a rest and enjoy a peaceful time within the authentic village. Cooking class & dinner Challenge yourself with cooking a traditional southern dish guided by your friendly host. Then, enjoy your wonderful dinner. Good night!
